About Us
In 1997 my wife Chris and her brother
Alex began the business of rehabbing properties. They would buy
dilapidated homes usually in foreclosure and give them a new life.
At this time I had fifteen
years experience in the service industry. My strong points are
Customer Satisfaction and Diagnosis. Our goal was to be at the
top of the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index). I truly felt rewarded
whenever I made a customer happy.
Several more years went by
and I had accumulated enough experience to start our own business.
While working in service, repair and installation of
residential/small commercial HVAC systems, I created a method at a
professional level people appreciate.
Our mission is to provide a prompt,
courteous, and professional service that will grow with your family
and business. We intend to provide a competitive product at a
competitive price backed with the best warranties in the business.
We also provide alternatives that fit the customers needs. Whether
