Regular business Hours:

Monday to Friday 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

After Business Hours

Monday thru Friday 5:00 P.M. to 9:00P.M.

Saturday and Sunday 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Emergency Hours

9:00 PM to 7:00 AM

All service calls $75 during regular business hours

All after business hours service calls $95

All Emergency Calls $145

Payments

All residential repair charges are due upon completion. There are no exceptions.

Warrantees

Residential Repair Service carries a limited warranty on parts and labor for 90 days (unless otherwise specified) after the repair is made. If the part we replace fails due to manufacturers defects we will replace it at no charge. There is no warranty on diagnosis. Service repair warranty is completely separate from equipment warrantees which are provided by the manufacturer.

A. O Smith Blower motors carry a 2 Year Parts Warranty.

Service Agreements

Our Service Agreement Plan offers a 15% Discount on any needed repairs during the plan time period. When you buy a Energy Savings Agreement, you lock in to the same maintenance price for three years. Well maintained equipment has a much lower chance of failure and equipment fails when it works the hardest; on the hottest or coldest day of the year.
