Service

RCM Business Hours are as follows:

Regular business Hours:

Monday to Friday 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Emergency Hours

Monday thru Friday 5:00 P.M. to 10:00P.M.

Saturday and Sunday 7:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.

Overnight: RCM does not offer overnight emergency service hours at this time.

2. All service calls during regular business hours carry a  diagnostic charge of $75.00

3. All after hours service calls carry a diagnostic charge of $95.00

Payments

All residential repair charges are due upon completion. There are no exceptions.

Warrantees

RCM Repair Service carries a limited warranty on parts and labor for thirty days (unless otherwise specified) after the repair is made. If the part we replace fails due to manufacturers defects we will replace it at no charge. There is no warranty on diagnosis. Service repair warranty is completely separate from equipment warrantees which are provided by the manufacturer.

Service Agreements

RCM now has a Service Agreement Plan for our customers. It offers a 15% Discount on any needed repairs during the plan time period. When you buy a Energy Savings Agreement, you lock in to the same maintenance price for up to three years. Pre-pay on your next three furmace precision tune ups and you will also have any overtime charges waived.
